Sale Terms: A deposit in the amount of $50,000 will be required at time of sale, per Parcel, which must be increased to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price within five (5) business days of the date of the sale, such deposits to be in cash, cashier’s check, certified check or such other form as the Trustees and/or secured party may determine acceptable, in their sole discretion. Property sold in “as is, where is” condition.
