Terms & Conditions of Auction:

·         This is an As-Is, Where-Is auction. Buyer is fully responsible for the bid tendered and is to be aware of the year, model, equipment and mileage regardless of announcements made. The vehicle you see on the block is the vehicle on which you are bidding. No warranty given or implied.

·         Items being sold in this auction are by the authority of the City Council and Mayor of the Town of Ocean City, MD. In some cases, items may be subject to a reserve or acceptance of ultimate selling price.

·         Upon acceptance of bid by seller, buyer is responsible for payment in full for the purchase made. Payment is due at or before the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable forms are payment are cash, credit card (Mastercard or Visa), and approved bank cashier’s check. A 3% convenience charge will apply to credit card payments.

·         A Buyer's fee will be added to the price of each unit sold. Buying party agrees to pay the buyer's fee to Atlantic Auctions, Inc. and/or Bel Air Auto Auction, Inc.

·         Maryland Sales Tax of 6% will be added to all tools and equipment sold, unless the successful buyer is a licensed dealer or the buyer presents a confirmation of a Maryland Resale. Buyer is responsible for the payment of applicable taxes at time of settlement unless a certificate or other appropriate exemption, such as a governmental agency or body is provided.

·         6.         Any item not paid in full and/or or removed on day of sale shall be considered in default and subject to a $15.00 per day warehousing fee or in the auctioneer’s sole discretion cancellation of the sale of the item.
