BSC America is seeking a part-time Cashier to work Auction Sale days. (Every Thursday and some additional Sale days if required). Applicants should be have computer skills and strong customer service skills. If you are able to grasp concepts quickly, dependable and enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced, friendly environment, this may just be your next opportunity.
- Service auction buyers during auto auction sales by accepting payments of cash, checks and/or floor plan funding and recording the payment in computer system.
- Stamp gate releases as paid and give copy of receipt to purchaser.
- Insure that purchasers’ form of payment is an approved form in accordance with credit parameters established in computer system.
- Run end-of-day reports and reconcile cash and check drawers to balance payments collected with payments received.
- H.S. graduate
- Data entry skills
- Ability to count cash and calculate change due
- Cashier experience
- AS400 Experience a plus
- Highly organized
