The purpose of this position is to support the function of the GSA department and the Distribution Center administratively and operationally.

Communicates directly with customers and uses strong customer service and organizational skills to complete tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Check in vehicles as they arrive and complete a pre-delivery inspection for possible damage in transit.
  • Prepare vehicles for the customers from start to finish, including receiving the vehicle into multiple systems, assign correct tag to vehicle, make and execute appointments.
  • Organization and maintenance of the lot by making sure that vehicles are properly received and scanned, ensuring vehicles are parked in their assigned locations.
  • Communicate with customers and employees on a regular basis and in a timely fashion via phone or email.
  • Organize equipment removed from GSA vehicles by their specific vehicle mechanic sheets.
  • Stickering and staging vehicles for sale for multiple clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Required skills:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Detail oriented with ability to change tasks quickly and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrated prioritization skills and time management skills.
  • Some Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
  • Employee must be able to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and in an office setting.
