Immediate opening for a full time Client Services Representative for our GSA Department. Ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written skills, handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency and have an eye for detail and accuracy. Must have a professional mannerism and appearance, be well organized and a team player.
*This position is mainly working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stoop, and bend. Basic computer skills preferred.
*Receive in new vehicles, inspect for damage or missing accessories
*Gather vehicle information, work with spreadsheets for tag and customer information
*Load vehicle into our system and the Governments system
*Perform pre-delivery inspection of vehicles to include removing plastic, installing accessories, and installing tags
*Perform customer vehicle exchanges when customers return their old vehicle to pick up their new which includes completing paperwork, receiving return vehicle into our inventory, and removing tags
*Move vehicles into the proper lot inventory
Computer friendly, proficient in excel, word and outlook a plus.
Would prefer 1-2 years Customer Service Experience however, will train the right Candidate
