Description

 

Highly organized, detailed oriented administrator to process and manage the daily functions of vehicle floor plan lending.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Possess proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of internal software programs (AS-400 and Xcira)
  • Process high volume of vehicle flooring activity with various Banks and Floor Plan Companies
  • Perform General Accounting, Administration and Reporting. Functions include, calculating payoffs, deposits to Bank, payments to floor plan inventory, and balance inventory spread sheet.
  • Customer Service, collecting and posting payments, shipping titles, recordkeeping, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with Dealers, Floor Plan Companies, and Management
  • Dealer Maintenance and Compliance. Maintaining up to date Dealer files, review Dealer inventory invoices, review lot audits

 

Qualifcations

Data Entry skills (Word and Excel)

Extensive cashier experience

Highly organized

Capacity for high volume of work

Professional and courteous

 

Physical Requirements

 

Sitting for extended periods of time

Regularly required to walk, stand, climb stairs, reach, talk, hear, bend, stoop

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
