Do you have loader assistance and when?

Yes. 24/7 Service Everyday. Thursdays the hours may vary for loader assistance due to sale day.

Do you charge for loading?

Yes. It is billed to the dealership in the amount of $30 for regular sized vehicles and $55 for larger vehicles.

Can you load everything?

No, due to size and weight we can not load everything. If your vehicle is of a larger size please call the office at (410) 893-5200 to inquire.

What are your office hours?

Monday through Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm. Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm.

Do you guarantee keys?

No. We do not guarantee keys.

How do you register a vehicle for the specialty sale?

If you would like to register a vehicle for the specialty sale you can call Jonathan Rufenacht at (410) 510-0521. Units have to be here by the Friday before the sale.
