SUMMARY TERMS:  A deposit of $15,000 in the form of certified check, cashier’s check, or money order, at the time of sale will be required of all purchasers.  The deposit(s) must be increased to 10% of the purchase price within 2 business days at the office of the auctioneer. The property will be sold in an “AS IS” condition and without any recourse, representations, or warranties, either express or implied, as to its nature, condition, or description. 

The property will be sold subject to that certain Deed of Trust held by United Wholesale Mortgage, from Azriel Yaakov Burnham to Jerry S. Sopher, Esq., Trustee, in the amount of $352,600.00, dated August 12, 2020, and recorded in Liber 60582, Folio 117, in the Land Records Office of Montgomery County, Maryland.  At settlement, the successful bidder shall be required to deliver the amount necessary to satisfy the first Deed of Trust amount and their bid amount.
