The property is believed to include a nine-story hotel with 249 +/- guest rooms and 3 meeting rooms currently operating as the “Days Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel.”

Ideally situated across from the Baltimore Convention Center, and walking distance to CFG Bank Arena, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium and Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

Immediately following the sale of the hotel property, the Personal Property, including furniture, furnishings and equipment will be offered at a Secured Creditor public auction sale. These Personal Property assets are also believed to include water heaters, washers, dryers, kitchen equipment and exercise equipment, but no inspection has been conducted by the Secured Creditor or the Auctioneer.

Sale Terms

SUMMARY TERMS: For the hotel real property, a deposit in the amount of $200,000 payable in cash or certified check will be required of the purchaser at the time and place of the auction. The successful bidder will be required to increase the deposit to 10% of the amount bid within 2 business days of the auction. The property will be sold in As Is condition and without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, as to the nature, condition or description of the Property or improvements thereon.

The Personal Property will be offered for sale as an entirety. A deposit in the amount of $25,000 payable in cash or certified check will be required at the time and place of sale. Balance due within 2 business days of the auction. All items sold shall be in “as is, where is” condition with all faults, and without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, from the Secured Creditor or the Auctioneer.
