SUMMARY TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $12,500 in the form of a certified check or cashier’s check will be required from purchaser at time of sale, balance in cash upon final ratification of sale by the Circuit Court of BALTIMORE COUNTY, interest to be paid at the rate of six percent (6.0%) on unpaid purchase money from date of sale to date funds are received in the office of the TRUSTEE. Within two (2) days of the date of sale, the purchaser will be required to increase the deposit to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price.
