Facilities Maintenance Worker

BSC America seeks full-time Property Maintenance Worker.  Responsibilities include support of multiple facilities in the Bel Air, Belcamp and Edgewood areas. If you are a detail-oriented person who takes pride in what you do and can work in a fast-paced ever changing environment, we would like to hear from you.  Duties and requirements include:

• Oversees the building’s maintenance and safety
• Upkeep for interior and exterior of buildings
• Needs to be organized, motivated and professional
• Sound communication skills
• Versatile and flexible
• Able to lift 50 pounds at least
• Work in all weather conditions
• Have a valid Driver’s License and a clear driving record
• Can work without supervision
• Prior experience in Property Maintenance field 
• Able to work weekends if needed (flexible hours )
