Job Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities for this role include supporting the Online Coordinator in regards to execution and reporting of vehicle sale transactions within the online marketplace (,, and Simulcast).  Provide quality services to Consignors and Dealers. This role also includes assisting the Sales and Marketing Team and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. The schedule for this position is Full Time Monday-Friday.

Job Functions:

  • Verify accurate vehicle information for listings through online channels including vehicle description, pricing, and pictures as required.   
  • Ensure vehicle listings are within the expected service levels for the appropriate distribution channel (online submissions/postings, broadcasting, change management, delisting, etc.).
  • Identify sold units and facilitate transactions through completion to include but not limited to:
    • Monitor notifications generated online (e.g., purchase confirmation).
  • Confirm availability and location of vehicle (and title) at the time of sale.
  • Generate and maintain required documentation for all transactions (e.g., Auction Bill of Sale, Gate Release).
  • Coordinate transfer and distribution of vehicle title to Buyer.
  • Coordinate payment of funds (net of applicable fees) to Seller.
  • Support the Coordinator regarding issues with transaction processing, customer experience and other items as appropriate within the Operating Location or supporting business unit (,, and Simulcast).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of web browser and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and relationship skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required
