- “IF” sales are binding upon acceptance by the seller of the sale price on sale day and “IF” sales are binding upon bidder until 3:00 pm day of sale. All outstanding “IF” sales must be resolved by 4:00 pm day of sale.
- Buyer does not have to be notified for “if” sale to be binding.
