If you don’t already have an Auction Access membership click here to sign up with them. If you are already a member with Auction Access please call Dealer Registration at (410) 879-7950 opt #2 so we can register your dealership with our auction.

Bel Air Auto Auction utilizes the Simulcast system to allow dealers to purchase online. You can find our units listed here and you will need a Manheim username in order to bid.

We accept Cash, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks and many different Floor Plan companies. Please contact Dealer Registration at (410) 879-7950 opt #2 prior to the sale to see if you are approved to write a company check.

At this time you are not able to see your purchases online, however our Customer Service department would be happy to provide any information about your purchases. You can reach them at (410) 879-7950 opt #3.

We accept a wide range of floor plan companies. Please click here for our most recent list of companies that we are able to floor with. You can also reach out to the Floor Plan department directly by calling 410-879-7950 opt# 7.

You do not have access to the Condition Reports online after the day of sale, but you are welcome to contact our customer service representatives who can assist you at (410) 879-7950 opt #3.

You should receive a copy through the primary email associated with your dealership at the end of the sale. Our Customer Service department is also happy to provide you with one. You can reach them at (410) 879-7950 opt #3.

Copies of the block ticket will be attached to the title, but our Customer Service department would be happy to provide you with a copy of your buyer’s receipt at any time. You can stop into the Sales & Marketing department or call them at (410) 879-7950 opt #3.

At this point in time we do not have an online platform that will allow you to manage your purchases.
